Ryan Land enters his fifth season as an assistant men's lacrosse coach at Florida Tech, a role he's held since completing his playing career with the Panthers following the 2019 season.
In his role, Land specializes in faceoffs, a skill he excelled at during his time in the Crimson and Gray uniform. Land ranks third in program history with a .563 faceoff percentage and holds the record for most faceoffs won in a Sunshine State Conference game with 28 against Rollins on March 23, 2019. He also ranks fifth in program history for career ground balls and third in total faceoffs won. He was named Second Team All-SSC for the 2019 season.
Land is employed as a field sales and marketing representative for Techtronic Industries, based in Melbourne.
He previously served as an event marketing coordinator intern for STX Lacrosse out of Baltimore, Maryland. During his time with STX, Land coordinated 10 different promotional events throughout the country, as well as managed the logistics and inventory counts of multiple product shipments across the country and created social media content to build brand awareness.
He currently lives in Indialantic and is engaged to former Panther Women's Lacrosse player Jordan Grant.
Land graduated from Florida Tech a Bachelor's of Business Administration- Marketing in 2019.
