2024: As a freshman, Dawson started in all 15 games for the Yellow Jackets while leading AIC in points (40) and goals (34) along with six assists. ...He also finished the season with 32 ground balls, the fourth most for the Yellow Jackets in 2024, while being responsible for five caused turnovers with a shots-on-goal percentage of 60.4%. ...Made Deans List for the 2023-24 academic year.

Personal: Son of Heidi and David Long. ...Chose Florida Tech for the school's prestigious academics and athletics along with the lacrosse program culture and knew it was the place for him as soon as he stepped on campus. ...Following graduation he plans on working towards building his own company.
