Biography
2015: Named to All-SSC First Team...SSC Defensive Player of the Week (Feb. 9)…SSC Defensive Player of the Week (April 6)…started all 16 games, recording one assist, 52 groundballs and 51 caused turnovers…ranked second in nation and led SSC in caused turnovers…recorded a caused turnover in 15-of-16 games…set school record with eight caused turnovers, in addition to two groundballs, in the 17-6 win over UMass Boston (March 20)…registered seven caused turnovers and three groundballs in the 14-7 victory over MIT (March 23)...posted six groundballs and five caused turnovers in the 11-7 win over Florida Southern (April 11).
2014: Appeared and started in all 12 games on defense in his first season at Florida Tech… forced a FIT single season record 19 turnovers… season-high six caused turnovers and five ground balls at Mount Olive University (March 23)… forced two or more turnovers in five games… caused a turnover in team's final five games of the season, including two at Rollins College (March 31), three versus Lynn University (April 5) and one at No. 12 Florida Southern College (April 12)… scored only goal of the season versus Catawba College (March 10)… 19 ground balls… 19 caused turnovers are tied for second most in FIT history, four away from tying the school's career mark (23).
Suffolk County CC: Two-time Lacrosse All-American in two seasons at Suffolk County Community College in Brentwood, N.Y.
High School: Earned six letters as a three-sport athlete at Babylon High School in N.Y., playing basketball, football and lacrosse.
Personal: Son of Don and Roberta Carlock… has seven siblings, sisters Meredith, Brittany, Kirsten and Abby and brothers, Josh, Jake and Jason… chose FIT because of its location, education and upstart lacrosse program.
