Biography
2014: Appeared in five games, recording two shots and one ground ball… ground ball at Belmont Abbey College (Feb. 19) and two shots at No. 12 Florida Southern College (April 12).
High School: Graduated with a 3.8 GPA from Old Saybrook High School in 2013… played lacrosse, football and basketball and ran track… earned all-state and academic all-conference honors in 2013.
Club: Played three years for the Cardinals Lacrosse Club.
Personal: Son of Daniel and Karen McAvoy… has two sisters, Kayla and Meghan… plans on going to graduate school for a master’s in electrical engineering after his undergraduate career… majoring in electrical engineering.
