2013: Named DSC Freshman of the Week on March 4…ranked second on the team with 27 goals and third in points with 32…ranked second in total shots with 76…scored six man-up goals…recorded six hat tricks, including a season-high five goals against Young Harris on April 21…recorded a season-high six points on five goals and one assists against Young Harris…recorded five assists…collected 26 ground balls and caused six turnovers.

High School: Three-sport athlete who competed in lacrosse, swimming and cross country…won seven varsity letters…led lacrosse team to back-to-back 1A Florida State Championships in 2010,2011…member of Fellowship of Christian Athletes.

Club: Played three years for Palm Beach Storm Lacrosse Club.

Personal: Son of Eric and Donna Gardner…has two younger siblings…cousin Eric played football at SUNY Maritime, and cousin Paul Cicio played lacrosse at SUNY Cortland…wants to earn a master’s degree in naval architecture and design boats…chose Florida Tech for its small classroom and hands-on programs to be more engaged…admires professional surfer, Laird Hamilton, for his physical and mental strength as a person.
