Biography

2015: CoSIDA First Team Academic All-American (first-ever Academic All-American male student-athlete in school history)...D2CCA Second Team All-South Region...First Team All-Sunshine State Conference...CoSIDA Academic All-District...started in all 14 games in which he appeared...tied a team high in both goals (8) and assists (5)...ranked fourth in SSC in goals per game (.571)...recorded fifth-most points per game in SSC (1.50)...finished tied for fifth in SSC in assists (5)...notched game-tying assist in 90th minute of 2-2 draw against Florida Southern (10/17)...registered at least three points in four games...tallied 37 shots, 20 on goal...named to Fall SSC Commissioner's Honor Roll...placed on FIT Athletic Director’s Honor Roll.

2014: Appeared in all 18 matches, making 15 starts...tallied three assists...attempted 18 shots...logged a total of 1435 minutes, including a season-high 92 at Barry (9/17)...named to the SSC Commissioner's Fall Honor Roll.

Jacksonville: Played two seasons at NCAA Division I Jacksonville University in Jacksonville, Florida…saw action in 32 total games with the Dolphins during the 2010-11 and 2011-12 seasons…scored three career goals to total six points…earned Atlantic Sun Conference All-Academic honors.

High School: Four-year letterwinner at Melbourne High School under Jerry McCabe…helped the Bulldogs to consecutive state titles in his junior and senior seasons…as a senior, he scored 15 goals and added 20 assists to help his team to a No. 2 ranking in the NSCAA national poll and a No. 4 spot in the ESPN Rise poll…earned ESPN Rise All-America, first team all-conference and first team all-district honors…as a junior, he scored 18 goals and recorded 16 assists to earn first team all-conference honors, while helping his team to a No. 1 NSCAA national ranking and No. 3 ranking in the ESPN Rise poll….as a sophomore, he helped lead the Bulldogs to a district title with nine goals and 13 assists.

Club: Played club soccer for the Brevard Football Club and helped the team to consecutive Region III Premier League championships.

Personal: Son of James Collins and Christa Bryant…has one sister, Riley…his uncle, Tom Finney, played baseball at Florida Tech…intends to pursue a graduate degree in biotechnology.
