Iacobellis joined the Panthers coaching staff as a Volunteer Assistant in Spring 2024. During her first season with the Panthers, she helped guide the team to a 20-10 (14-6 SSC) and reach the NCAA Tournament for the first time in program history.Â
Aside from Florida Tech Iacobellis spent time working at Cape Coast Volleyball Club as a head coach. There she worked within the age range of 10U, 11/12U, and 15/16U players where she coached them in hopes that they would make it to the next level.
Before moving to Florida in the Summer of 2023, she spent time as a Physical Education Teacher at Salisbury Middle School in Salisbury, Maryland from 2021 to 2023. While there she taught 6th through 8th grade students. Her responsibilities included modifying lessons to generate an inclusive classroom for students, focused on developing skills for all levels of students, Built meaningful relationships to create a positive and encouraging environment in school, and reinforced positive behavior throughout the year.
Aside from her work at SMS, Iacobellis was the girls' varsity head coach at Wicomoco High School in Salisbury, Md. There she coached 9th through 12th-grade students and enforced accountability, punctuality, and leadership in rising adults where she prepared athletes to communicate effectively and work as a team.
A Division III women's basketball player, she was a shooting guard at Salisbury University from 2016-2018.
She holds both an AAU Volleyball and USA Volleyball Membership
Iacobellis earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education with a Minor in Athletic Coaching from Salisbury University in May 2021.
