2017: Named SSC Offensive Player of the Week  after win over Lynn (Oct. 2)... Played 26 matches and 97 sets... Tallied a team-best 253 kills an d .246 hitting, averaging 2.61 kills per set... Accumulated 21 assists, 10 service aces and 86 digs... Posted a team-best 92 blocks, 14 of which were solo and 62 block assists... Recorded a season-high 20 kills against Lynn (Nov. 4)... Notched a season-high nine triple blocks in win over Lynn (Sep. 28)... Ranked 11th in the SSC for total kills and 15th for hitting percentage... Placed 8th in the SSC for total blocks and 7th for block per set average (0.95)... Sits in 8th in the SSC for total blocks solo and 22nd for total blocks assist.

2016: Appeared in 102 sets and played 29 matches... Recorded 270 kills, the highest among the team... Recorded 333.5 points, 18 service aces and 90 digs... Ranked first on the team for points and 13th in SSC for kills... Sits in second in SSC for blocks with 18 block solo and 79 block assists... Collected 16 kills and two digs in win over Eckerd (Nov. 17)... Aided team in win over Lee with 19 points and 16 kills (Oct. 15)... Selected to Fall Sunshine State Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll with a 4.0 GPA... Named to FIT Athletic Director's Honor Roll... Nominated FIT Female Athlete of the Year.

2015: Named to FIT Athletic Director's Honor Roll...selected to Fall SSC Commissioner's Honor Roll...appeared in all 29 matches, starting 28...finished second on the team with 85 total blocks (12 solo and 73 assisted) and third with 223 kills, to go along with 60 digs and 14 assists...recorded double-digit kills in eight matches...posted a season-best eight blocks to go along with 10 digs vs. Puerto Rico-Mayaguez (Sep. 12)...registered a season-high 13 kills twice, vs. Lynn (Sep. 26) and Saint Leo (Nov. 3)...recorded 10 kills and five blocks against Embry-Riddle (Oct. 27).

High School: Earned three letters playing volleyball for the Bishop Moore Catholic High School Hornets in Orlando, Fla...in 2013, averaged 23.5 blocks and .307 hitting percentage…helped team win the 2012 and 2013 State Championships…2012 squad ranked No. 1 in nation by MaxPreps.

Club: Played four season with Orlando Volleyball Academy…captained the U15 team…helped team qualify for Nationals in 2014.

Personal: Daughter of Rex and Mary Hersey…has two older sisters, Tiffany and Hannah…uncle Bob Jones played basketball for UCF…chose Florida Tech because it is the right fit, the players and coaches are welcoming, the professors are nice and the school is perfectly located in central Florida.
