Florida Tech Panthers

Alex Henderson was hired as the Assistant Director of Athletic Communications in October 2022.

Henderson serves as the primary contact for Florida Tech's volleyball, men's and women's swimming, women's lacrosse, men's cross country, and men's indoor/outdoor track.
 
 Prior to Florida Tech, Henderson worked at SUNY Brockport where he served as the Athletic Communications Assistant since August 2019.
 
During his time at Brockport, Henderson served as the contact for the Golden Eagle's men's ice hockey, baseball, men's lacrosse, volleyball, field hockey, men's soccer, cross country, and track & field programs. Henderson produced press releases, collected and maintained up-to-date statistics, promoted scholar-athletes and teams on social media and publications, and assisted in the streaming of game broadcasts.

Additionally, Henderson worked on the Fan Experience Team for the Syracuse Mets since 2016, and as Game Day Staff for Rochester American in 2018.
 
Henderson graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management with a minor in Public Relations from SUNY Brockport in 2021. He is currently working on his master's in Athletic Administration.
