Lindsey enters her first season as the assistant coach of the Panthers women's lacrosse team.

Kelsey Richardson have announced the hiring of
Aryss Lindsey to the program's coaching staff in July of 2026.
Aryss Lindsey comes to Florida Tech from Division I Queens University of Charlotte, where she served as the graduate assistant coach. In her role at Queens, Lindsey assisted in practice planning, player development and on-field coaching. Additionally, she served as the Draw Unit Coordinator where the Royals saw improvements through technical adjustments, communication structure and role assignments.
Lindsey also comes with experience coaching at the club level, including at Ultimate Lacrosse Club in Charlotte, North Carolina and Bethesda Lacrosse Club in Bethesda, Maryland. She gained knowledge coaching foundational lacrosse skills during competitive tournament play.

Coach Lindsey was an outstanding defender in college as she was named Big South First Team All-Conference and Big South Newcomer of the Year at High Point University in 2024. She was named Big South Defensive Player of the Week once and excelled in the classroom as she was named to the IWLCA Academic Honor Roll in 2024. Before High Point, she was at Youngstown State where she was named All-MAC First Team in 2022, All-MAC Second Team in 2023 and All-MAC Tournament Team in 2022.
Additionally, Lindsey brings professional experience as a lacrosse official for USA Lacrosse since 2021.
