MIAMI SHORES, Fla. - In a battle of SSC rivals, Florida Tech toppled No. 22 Barry 2-1 in a showdown in Miami Shores, Florida. The team jumped out to a 2-0 before conceding a goal late in the second half.

Per Henrik Nag tallied his 10th goal of the season when he sent the ball into the back of the net in the 24th minute. This puts Nag in a tie for first in the conference for goals and the lead for goals per game at .909.
Mikkel Roeisland (3) tacked on the insurance goal and his third point of the night as he grabbed an assist on Nag's goal. However, Barry narrowed the lead to 2-1 after a Luca de Biase (2) goal in the 79th minute.
Florida Tech will look to extend its win streak to five straight when they head to Boca Raton for a match against the Fighting Knights of Lynn. Kickoff is set for 6 pm ET on Wednesday, Oct. 17, at Bobby Campbell Stadium.
