St. Petersburg, Fla. (Volleyball) - On Saturday afternoon, the Panthers travel to face the Tritons on the last road game of the season. Florida Tech were defeated in three sets despite having close matches throughout.
Florida Tech collected a combine 37 kills on 119 attempts for a .160 hitting percentage. Also, the Panthers had 34 assists, four serve aces, four blocks and 60 digs.
Defensively, the Panthers were led by senior
Becca Bower who collected 21 digs and four assists on the match. Senior
Kiersten Rosa tallied 22 assists on the match with 15 digs.
Offensively, senior
Olivia Hersey registered 11 kills on 20 attempts for a .420 hitting percentage. Senior
Heather Bowersox had nine kills on the match on 27 attempts for a .185 hitting percentage.
Next up, the Crimson and Gray will be back on the court to face Barry University at Melbourne, Fla. The match is set for 7:00 p.m. ET.
