MELBOURNE, FLA. - Florida Tech volleyball went on the road to fave Nova Southeastern and Lynn University.
First, Tech headed to For Lauderdale to face the Sharks. The Panthers recorded 18 kills, 21 assists, eight blocks, and 48 digs during three sets of play.
Audrey Keenan, Tania Kottke, Kayla Mastin, and Christina Mayberry collected five kills each during the match. Mayberry was the Panthers' most efficient attacker as she recorded a .385 hitting percentage.
Kyra Atkinson led the team in digs with 16 and Sheila Villagrasa led the team in assists with 18.
Florida Tech was not able to have a consistent rhythm throughout the match and fall 3-0 against the Sharks.
After facing the Sharks, Tech headed to Boca Raton to fave Lynn University. Florida Tech tallied 33 kills, 29 assists, eight blocks, and 64 digs.
Villagrasa led the team with 26 assists, while Atkinson was the leader in digs with 21. Villagrasa completed her double-double recording 12 digs in the match.
Kottke recorded 10 kills and 11 digs to complete her double-double of the game.
Mayberry and Jocelyn Garcia each recorded five kills and two blocks in three sets of play.
