MELBOURNE, FLA. - Jocelyn Garcia had an excellent performance Tuesday in Florida Tech volleyball's loss to Rollins College at the Harold & Ted Alfond Sports Center.
The junior tallied 11 kills on a .375 hitting percentage to go with 11.5 points on the match.
Despite a strong individual performance. Florida Tech dropped the Tuesday matchup with Rollins in three sets.
The Crimson and Gray battled in each set collecting 38 kills on 126 attempts for a team hitting percentage of .167. Tech also registered 37 assists, three service aces, four blocks, and 65 digs.
Audrey Keenan collected nine kills on a .222 attacking rate with 15 digs to her credit.
Maddalena Fairchild collected five kills on a .200 hitting percentage. The sophomore tallied 24 assists, a service ace, and seven digs.
Kyra Atkinson was the dig leader for the Panthers with 19. She now ranks second in the Sunshine State Conference with 426 digs on the season.
