MELBOURNE, Fla. — Florida Tech has canceled all 2020 summer camps, the university announced.
The cancellations are for camps operated by Florida Tech, including in athletics, academics and art, as well as camps hosted at Florida Tech. Camps were scheduled to begin June 1 and continue through July 31.
With the challenges created by the coronavirus pandemic unlikely to fully recede by summer, and needing to ensure the safety and health of camp participants and operators, the university made the difficult decision to cancel.
Any inquiries about specific camps may be sent to the individual camp director/coach. Please include the name of the camp and of the attendee(s) in the email.
