- Florida Tech took the lead thanks to three runs in the bottom of the second inning.
- The game was put out of reach the following frame when the Crimson and Gray scored seven runs on seven hits as Florida Tech sent 11 batters to the plate.
- Tech would go on to add two in the fourth, 10 in the fifth and two in the seventh.Â
- Every Panther starter recorded a hit, with eight posting multi-hit efforts.Â
- Sam Schner led the onslaught by going 4-of-5 on the right with four RBI and two extra base hits.
- Jakob Newton had 5 RBI on the night to lead all Florida Tech hitters.Â
- Panther starting pitcher Mitch Harding allowed just one hit over four innings, recording 6 strikeouts against 3 walks.Â
- Samuel Orozco threw three innings of two-hit shutout ball in relief of Harding to earn the win with 23 of his 32 pitches going for strikes.Â
- Harding, Orozco and Andres Tapia combined to strikeout 11 Golden Tiger batters. Orozco and Tapia were making their debut in a Panther uniform.
- Luca Wentzel and Austin Sewell each recorded their first hit in a Florida Tech uniform.Â
- Hayden Kimball's two-run homer to left in the fifth inning was the first of his Panther career, as well as the team's first homer of the season.Â

BEYOND THE BOX SCORE:
- Jeff Tam earns his first career win as the Panthers' head coach.
- This was the first meeting between the teams since February 18, 2012. The Panthers now lead the all-time series 4-0.
- The 24 runs scored were the most in a game for the Panthers since scoring 28 on February 8, 2015 at Benedict. It was the first time Tech scored at least 20 since April 27, 2018 against Palm Beach Atlantic.Â
- The 21 hits were the most in a game since March 9, 2019 against Bridgeport.Â
