MELBOURNE, Fla. – The Florida Tech men's soccer offense cashed in on five goals for a 5-0 shutout against Palm Beach Atlantic. The Panthers moved to 7-2 overall and 4-0 in conference play.

STATS OF THE MATCH
- Other than the Sailfish taking a quick shot on goal in the first minute of action, there was little action between the two teams in the first 19 minutes of the match.
- From little action to three Panthers goals in three minutes. The first was Jacopo Ghezzi's fifth goal of the season, which Filippo Fazzi assisted.
- A minute after the first goal, the second came off the foot of Riccardo Pasqui from a Ghezzi corner kick.
- Another minute and a half later, Eytor Omarsson takes a low ball across the middle and finds the back of the net.
- The Panthers took a slight breathier waiting nine minutes before they took a 4-0 lead. Fazzi struck the ball so hard it bounced off a Sailfish defender into the goal.
- Both teams took a couple of more shots before the half ended.
- The second half saw more opportunities from Palm Beach Atlantic with five shots, but Tech's defense held up, and Iker Bastida made three crucial saves.
- In the final 10 minutes, Fazzi would find the goal a second time with the help of a solid pass across the middle of the Sailfish eighteen from Freyr Jonsson in his first game this season.
