STATS OF THE MATCH:
First Set:
  • The set began in a close nit affair until the Panthers rattled off the first run of the night with a 7-0 run to take an early 9-2 lead.
  • The Sharks would respond and eventually take the lead at 15-14.
  • The Panthers would then take the lead storming back scoring 4 unanswered and use the momentum to take the 25-19 set victory

Second Set:
  • This set was much tighter than the first, and the Panthers found themselves in a hole for a majority of the contest
  • A back-and-forth contest found the Panthers needed to pull everything out tied at 22 with the Sharks.
  • In the end, the Panthers would take hold and take the last 2 points to secure the victory

Third Set:
  • Like most good team, the Sharks responded hard in the 3rd set and the Panthers had no answers for the attacks.
  • The Panthers would fall in the set by score of 14-25, making things much tighter.

Fourth Set:
  • In this last set we saw a similar contest like set 2, no room for error or the result would not be in favor of the Panthers.
  • It would take to the very end as the set would be tied at 19 a piece.
  • This is where the Panthers would again take hold and push forward to a 25-21 victory
