MELBOURNE, FLA. – Florida Panthers volleyball took the victory over the Florida Southern College Mocs, this marks the 7
th win in a row & the longest win streak in the conference

STATS OF THE MATCH:
First Set:
- The Panthers got out to a strong start over the Mocs.
- They ladies looked to be in full form as they would control most of the set and build a commanding lead.
- The Panthers would rattle off runs of 2-1, 3-1, & 2-1 bringing the score to 20-12 at one point.
- The Panthers would take a 3-0 run to win the set 25-15 & go up 1-0 in the game.
Second Set:
- The set the ladies started strong but the Mocs answered the call would stay close in the battle.
- Early in the contest the Mocs would even take the lead 7-6 until the Panthers would respond themselves to tie at 7-7.
- The score would continue you to go back-and-forth many more times throughout the contest, 14-14, 16-16, 18-18.
- The panthers would find themselves down 19-21 before falling 20-25 and losing set 2.
Third Set:
- The Panthers found early success starting the set up 3pts, 4-1.
- With the help of a point saving challenge, the Panthers would build on the leave and go up 7-3 early.
- The Panthers would continue to hold between a 2-3pt lead from then on until they would increase to 4pts up 13-9.
- Things would get tighter due to a 0-5 run by the Mocs, and the Panthers would be down 15-16.
- From this point on it would be a back-and-forth until the Panthers would break a 5-0 rally when tied at 17 to go up 22-17.
- The Mocs would respond with a 3-0 run of their own to make it 23-20 until the Panthers would secure the final 2pts and win set 3.
Fourth Set:
- Much like the 3rd set, the 4th would begin with the Panthers starting hot and climb to a 4-1 lead.
- For much of the set the Panthers would maintain a 3pt lead and the Mocs would close things to as close as 2.
- The Panthers would build on their lead after being up 3, 12-9 after they would score 7 straight to push their lead to 19-9.
- The Mocs would score 2 straight to make is 19-11 before the Panthers responded with a crushing middle blow to make it 20-11.
- The Panthers would make sure all their Seniors got a taste of the game as they would put the subs in at the 22pt mark being up 22-12.
- However, the Mocs would not go down as easy as planned and would score 3 straight of their own making it 22-15
- The Mocs would end the game on a 7-2 run, but it would be the Panthers who come out with the victory 25-18.

BEYOND THE BOXSCORE:
- Lilian Muszynski with two block solos is now sixth in program history with 72 career block solos, she's also now tenth in block assists with 175 and tenth in total blocks with 247.
- This is the Panthers 7th win in a row
- Panthers continue undefeated streak at home
