Richmond, VA – Both the Florida Tech men's and women's swimming teams were named to the College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) Division II Scholar All-America list for the Fall 2023 semester. Teams were selected based on their Fall 2023 team grade point averages. The CSCAA selected 783 teams from 461 institutions across all three NCAA Divisions, NAIA and NJCAA schools to the Scholar All-America Team. These teams, representing a total of 18,716 scholar-athletes, were chosen based on their outstanding academic performance during the fall 2023 semester.

To receive this honor, teams had to exhibit an exceptional cumulative grade point average of above a 3.0 or above for the semester.

David Dent, The 24 women on the swim team for Florida Tech posted a combined 3.22 GPA while the 30 men combined for a 3.10 GPA.

The Panthers will next compete at the Sunshine State Conference Championships hosted by Florida Tech in Ocala at the Florida Aquatics Swimming & Training
