STATS OF THE MATCH
  • It didn't take long for the Panthers to make their presence known. An Eagle foul set up a free kick outside the eighteen box, creating an opportunity for Jacopo Ghezzi, who found a hole on the right side of the net.
  • Tech kept pressing, earning two corner kicks, but it didn't lead to another goal.
  •  In the ninth minute, the Eagles found the equalizer on an upper-90 shot from outside the eighteen by Alexander Hasenohrl.
  • The game slowed for both teams until Riccardo Pasqui found an opening up the right sideline and then dealt a stellar cross to Eytor Omarsson for a header into the goal in the 28th minute.
  • Both teams battled to start the second half, but the difference came following a red card by Embry-Riddle.
  • The Panthers took advantage of being up a player when Filippo Fazzi got past a defender and fired a shot into the left side of the net. Omarsson and Ghezzi assisted Fazzi in the game-winning goal.
  • Despite attempts to even the score, the Eagles fell short, and the Panthers took home the victory.

  • Jacopo Ghezzi and Filippo Fazzi recorded their second goals of the week. Jacopo increases his season total to four.
  • Eytor Omarsson tallied his season's second goal and first assist of the year.
