HUNTSVILLE, Ala. - The Florida Tech men's cross-country team concluded the regular season portion of the 2025 schedule on Saturday morning at the UAH Chargers Invite, finishing in eighth place in an event that saw 25 teams compete.
Overall, in a 269-runner field, Tech had two runners finish in the Top 35 and another inside the Top 75. Four Crimson and Gray competitors set new personal best times in the 8K. Their team point total of 283 had them less than 50 points shy of the top 10. Leading the way for Tech was sophomore Ben Peck, who, for the second year in a row, had a season-best time in Huntsville with his 25:14.90 finish good for 33rd place. Freshman Noah Heal posted a personal best in the 8K for a third meet in a row, placing 35th with a time of 25:17.50.
Thomas Carpenter was the third Panther across the finish line with his time of 25:54.90, a new personal best, as well as earning him 72nd place. He was followed by Dominic Logobardi, who took 120th place with a personal best time of 26:45.20. Rounding out the top five for the Panthers was Tyler Herrera, who grabbed 122nd with a time of 26:46.10. In addition, Jack Schule, completing the course in 27:06.2 for 146th place.
In total, all eight Panther runners who completed the race did so in under 30 minutes.

NEXT UP: The Panthers enter the postseason on Saturday, October 25 for the Sunshine State Conference Championships in Lakeland. The race is scheduled to begin at 7:45 A.M. ET.
