STATS OF THE MATCH
- Barry wasted no time going on the attack, taking three shots and earning a corner before the eight-minute mark.
- On their fourth attempt at 8:03, the Buccaneers found the back of the net to open the scoring.
- The Panthers quickly shifted momentum, firing three shots on goal—including two from Antonio Di Gaudio—pressing for the equalizer.
- Both sides traded a few more chances before halftime, but neither could convert, sending Tech into the break trailing 1-0.
- Just as Barry started fast in the first half, the Panthers opened the second half with early pressure, taking two shots in the first three minutes.
- That pressure paid off when a Buccaneer foul inside the box set up a penalty kick. Caio de Amorim de Deus stepped up and buried it into the left side of the net to tie the match at 1-1.
- Tech dominated possession the rest of the half, outshooting Barry 13-3, but the Bucs' keeper made four key saves to force overtime.
- In extra time, the Panthers took control, firing three shots, including two on target, and an incredible upper-90 strike from Jacopo De Collibus set up the winner.
- At 99:07, Di Gaudio sealed the deal, taking a pass from De Collibus and blasting it home for the golden goal and the 2-1 victory.
