GAME NOTES:
- Tonight's contest began with a scoreless first inning before PBA got on the board in the bottom of the second.
- The Sailfish added another run in the fourth inning to take an early 4-0 lead.
- Marcello Cortale answered right back for Tech with an RBI single to score Anthony Fimiano.
- Fimiano came right back to the plate in the fourth and blasted a ball into the left-center gap for an RBI double, and the deficit was cut to two runs.
- After allowing four early runs, the Panther bullpen tossed six straight shutout innings as Tech mounted a comeback.
- In the top of the seventh, the Panthers struck again. Adrian Dominguez roped a single over the PBA sailfish to cut the lead to one.
- A batter later, Cortale picked up his second RBI of the game when his infield hit was thrown down the right field line to score Dominguez and tie the game.
- The scoreline remained knotted at 4-4 through nine innings of play as the contest headed into extra innings.
- Unfortunately for Tech, two errors at the bottom of the tenth allowed PBA to score and take the game in walk-off fashion.

UP NEXT: The Panthers and Sailfish will face each other again in just over a week as they open Sunshine State Conference play. Game one of this three-game series is scheduled for Friday, February 20
