Florida Tech Ties Highest SSC Mayors’ Cup Finish in Women’s Division

ORLANDO – Florida Tech Athletics tied its highest finish in the women's division in program history in the SSC Mayors' Cup standings, placing fourth overall after a strong 2025-26 campaign.

The Panthers women totaled 34 points across six sports for a 5.667 average, tying the the top position the department ever recorded.

The SSC Mayors' Cup recognizes overall athletic success throughout the academic year based on conference championship finishes and postseason performances. Florida Tech's historic finish reflected the department's depth and consistency across both men's and women's programs.

On the men's side, the Panthers finished sixth in the SSC Mayors' Cup standings with 35 points accumulated across seven sports for a 5.000 average. Several programs contributed valuable points throughout the year, helping Florida Tech remain competitive among the conference's top athletic departments.

The record-setting year adds another milestone to the continued growth of Florida Tech Athletics and highlights the success the Panthers achieved across the conference during the 2025-26 season.
