MELBOURNE, Fla. – Florida Tech women's basketball and head coach
Ashley Raley-Ross signed four scholar-athletes to its program in her second season. The signing class includes four transfers and represents four different countries.
DESPINA BALTZI | G | RHODES, GREECE
Baltzi is a 5'8" guard who played 10 games as a freshman for the Big West Regular Season Champion UC Irvine in 2025-26. In high school at Fryganiotis Schools, she helped them take second in Greece's national school championships in 2024 and 2025. While playing for the club, Aris, she won the 2023 U16 Thessaloniki championship and runner-up honors at the U16 National Championship. She was selected to the tournament's Best 5 at the U16 National Championships.
Playing for her country's U16 and U18 national teams, Baltzi competed in the 2023 Women's European Championships and the 2025 FIBA U18 EuroBasket. In her 14 international appearances, she compiled 38 points, 14 rebounds, 14 assists, and six steals.
HANNAH DUNN | C | AUKLAND NEW ZEALAND
Standing at 6'5", Dunn made her presence felt in the paint at Young Harris, totaling 60 points, 46 rebounds, nine blocks, and four steals in 35 games and 142 minutes. In high school, she won Elim Senior Girls High School Basketball MVP in 2022 and 2023 while serving as the team's captain, and she also earned the school's Sportswoman of the Year Award in 2023.
ZEYNEP OTURAKCI | F | ANKARA, TURKEY
The 6'1" forward from Turkey brings a combination of collegiate and international experience after spending one season at Northern Arizona and one season at Hillsborough Community College. As a Hawk, Oturakci started 16 of the 29 games she appeared in, logging 614 minutes while totaling 202 points, 102 rebounds, 32 assists, 17 steals, and seven blocks.
Before coming to the United States, Oturakci developed through Turkey's club basketball system, playing for Diba Sports Club from 2014-20, where she was a six-year starter and served as team captain for three seasons. She later competed for Cankaya Universities Sports Club from 2020-23, earning two years as a starter with the youth development program affiliated with the professional Cankaya organization. During her youth career, Oturakci captured the Guler Legacy Summer Camp 1v1 championship in 2018 and helped lead her team to Turkish Youth League Finals appearances in both 2020 and 2021.
MAK SNYDER | G| PEORIA, ARIZONA
The Peoria, Arizona native brings valuable experience after competing two seasons at USC-Aiken and previously at Scottsdale Community College. During the 2025-26 season, she appeared in 23 games with 17 starts, tallying 55 points, 30 rebounds, 15 assists, and eight steals in 290 minutes. Her biggest games was a season-high 13 points, five rebounds, and an assist in a win over Tusculum. Prior to being a Pacer, she averaged 8.5 points, 2.5 assists, 2.4 rebounds, and 1.5 steals per game at Scottsdale Community College in 870 minutes, including two 20-point performances.
A four-year letterwinner at Sandra Day O'Connor High School, she earned three all-region selections and helped lead her team to two region championships and a Final Four run in 2023. She averaged 10.7 points, 2.5 assists, and 2.2 rebounds per game. She was also named Player of the Game at the HoopHall Classic. Snyder guided her Arizona Elite team to the Elite Eight of the GUAA National Tournament.
