MELBOURNE, Fla. – Five members of the Florida Tech women's lacrosse team earned a spot on the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District team when the organization announced its selections on Tuesday, Jun. 16.

Bryce Forrest,
Phoebe Hurt,
Clare McGuire and
Michaela Wittman are the five Panthers on the CSC Academic All-District team.
Abby Cudzilo, a junior from Ellicott City, Maryland, is studying psychology and currently has a 4.00 GPA. This is her first Academic All-District nod as a Panther. Cudzilo started all 17 games for the Panthers in 2026 and was second on the team with 35 assists and tied for fourth on the team with 26 goals. Additionally, she was named to the All-SSC Second Team.
Bryce Forrest, a sophomore from Vero Beach, Florida, currently has a 3.65 GPA in her biomedical science courses. This is her first time named to the Academic All-District team. In 2026, Forrest started 16 games for Tech and picked up 12 ground balls and caused eight turnovers.
Phoebe Hurt, a senior from Manchester, England, earned a 3.54 GPA in her biochemistry classes. This is Hurt's first nod to the Academic All-District squad. This season, she was named to the All-SSC Second Team. Hurt collected 43 ground balls and 51 draw controls as well as scoring 27 goals.
Clare McGuire, a sophomore from Odenton, Maryland, recorded a 3.91 cumulative GPA in her applied mathematics courses. McGuire started all 17 games for Tech this season. She led Tech with 90 draw control wins (fifth in program history), notched 21 goals and was tied for the most free position goals on the team with eight.
Michaela Wittman, a junior from Greer, South Carolina, is final Panther named to the Academic All-District team after earning a 4.00 GPA in her biomedical engineering classes. Wittman started all 17 games for Tech and had the second most caused turnovers on the team with 16. Additionally, she picked up a career-high of 19 ground balls.
