Women's Lacrosse Named IWLCA Academic Honor Squad; Seven Panthers Earn IWLCA Honor Roll Selection

NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. – The Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) released its Academic Honor Squads and Honor Roll as announced by the organization Wednesday afternoon.
 
The IWLCA honored 568 student-athletes from 65 different institutions on the 2025-26 IWLCA Division II Academic Honor Roll. To be eligible for this honor, student-athletes must be a junior, senior, or graduate student and have earned a cumulative academic GPA of 3.50 or greater.
 
Additionally, the Florida Tech women's lacrosse team was selected to the IWLCA Honor Squad with a 3.65 team GPA over the course of the 2025-26 academic year. 357 schools across Division I, II, III and NAIA qualified for the prestigious honor. To qualify, the team must post a 3.2 GPA or higher for the academic year.
 
Representing the Panthers on the IWLCA Academic Honor Roll are Emma Angelo, Gillian Craig, Abby Cudzilo, Phoebe Hurt, Riley Nee, Abbie Ogren and Michaela Wittman
 
Angelo, a senior from Tyngsborough, Massachusetts, recorded a perfect 4.00 GPA in her biomedical engineering courses and was named to the SSC Spring Honor Roll. Angelo started eight games for the Panthers in 2026 and won 30 draw controls.
 
Craig, a senior from Merritt Island, Florida, notched a 3.72 cumulative GPA in her biomedical classes and was named to the SSC Spring Honor Roll. Craig scored the second most goals in a season in program history with 64 and was named to the All-SSC First Team and All-South Region Second Team.
 
Cudzilo, a junior from Ellicott City, Maryland, had a 4.00 GPA in her psychology courses and was named to the SSC Spring Honor Roll. She had a fifth most assists in a single season with 35 and was named Second Team All-SSC.
 
Hurt, a senior from Manchester, England, recorded a 3.54 GPA in her biochemistry classes and was named to the SSC Spring Honor Roll. She started every game for the Panthers and had the third most goals (27) and had led the team with 43 ground balls. 
 
Nee, a junior from Hampstead, North Carolina, earned a perfect 4.00 GPA in her business classes and was named to the SSC Spring Honor Roll.
 
Ogren, a senior from Hollis, New Hampshire, notched a 4.00 GPA in her global management and finance classes and was named to the Spring SSC Honor Roll. Ogren had career-highs in ground balls with 20 and caused turnovers with 13. 
 
Wittman, a junior from Greer, South Carolina, recorded a 4.00 GPA in her biomedical engineering classes and was named to the Spring SSC Honor Roll. She caused the second most turnovers on the team with 16.
