Box Score SAVANNAH, Ga. - The Florida Tech men's lacrosse team jumped out to an eight-goal halftime lead in its neutral site showdown with Mars Hill on Wednesday and rolled to a 17-7 victory in the Peach State.
Tajee Mobley paced the Crimson and Gray with a career-high six goals.
Carson Clough scored four goals and
Logan Sweeney recorded a hat trick.
Addison Abramson,
Reid Chaconas,
Tyler Covey and
Mason Ostrowski added one goal apiece.
Abramson collected the loose ball off
Lance Pavlina's opening face off win and scored the first goal just 10 seconds into the contest.
From there the Panthers raced out to a 4-0 lead. FIT controlled the rest of the first half and held a 10-2 advantage at halftime.
The Panthers cruises through the second half, outscoring the Lions 7-5 over the third and fourth quarters, on the way to their second win of the season.
