DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – The Florida Tech men's track team returned to action on Friday afternoon for Day One of the Embry-Riddle Running Elements Classic, competing against multiple Division I programs.
Tech started their day with the Men's 100 Meters, where
Morgan Lee finished 101
st with a time of 13.51s.
Ryan Zerneke was the Crimson and Gray's lone representative in the 200 Meters, placing 100
th with a finish of 26.22s.
In the 5000m, all four of the men managed outperform themselves on the track as each of Tech's participant finished the race with new personal record times.
Jaiden Martingano (15:55.73) was Tech fastest runner in the race as he earned 12
th place, while
Ryan Zerneke (16:39.17) nabbed 27
th,
Luke Aagaard (16:53.74) took 36
th and
Jack Schule (16:57.09) grabbed 38
th.
