ORLANDO, Fla. – With a 14th-place finish at the SSC Championships,
Ben Peck was named to the All-SSC Second Team. Peck in back-to-back season made the second team based on his conference meet performance.
The Brandon, England native ran 10 seconds faster in his sophomore year with a time of 25:21:80 for 14
th place.
Peck is the first Panther to make an All-SSC team in two consecutive seasons since David Boiywo and Moses Kirui each made the First Team in 2011 and 2012. He is the first to do so in their first two season since Myles Garza did so in the 2007 and 2008 seasons.
The Panthers are getting ready for the NCAA South Regional Championships on Saturday, November 8, in Lakeland, Fla.
