MELBOURNE, Fla. – The Florida Tech baseball team unveiled its 2025 schedule under the direction of head coach
Jeff Tam. The Panthers are scheduled to play 48 games, with 21 home contests.
Tech finished the 2024 campaign with a 17-33 overall record and an 8-22 conference record, missing the NCAA Sunshine State Conference (SSC) Tournament as a result.
"We are excited about our schedule this year, which is extremely competitive as always," said Tam. "We have a great opportunity to play against strong teams throughout the season and I am looking forward to our guys getting the opportunity to compete at a high level." said Coach Tam.
The Panthers open the season with a weekend trip to Mobile, Alabama, on Friday, Jan. 31-Feb. 1, with a non-conference matchup against Spring Hill College. The following Friday, Feb. 7
, Tech will welcome Barton College to Melbourne in their first home game of the season at Andy Seminick Les Hall Baseball Field.
After the series, Tech will host one more addition game against Flagler College before another road trip.
The following weekend, Tech will compete in a three-game series in Augusta, Georgia. On Feb. 13-15, the Panthers will square off with Augusta University and stay on the road as they then will travel to Rollins College on Feb. 18
th.
SSC play begins Feb. 21
-Feb. 22 as Tech returns home to host Florida Southern College in their first conference matchup of the season the weekend of Feb. 21
-Feb. 22.
At the end of February and going into March, the Panthers will start a five-game road trip. First, a trip to Fort Lauderdale against Nova Southeastern Feb. 28
-Mar. 1, second to a neutral site of Chain O'Lakes Complex in Winter Haven against West Virginia Wesleyan College on Mar. 5, and finally, wrapping things up against Palm Beach Atlantic University on Mar. 7

After a three-day break, the Panthers will return home to host Barry University in a non-conference match-up on Mar. 11
and stay home to host Lynn University in a conference weekend tournament three days after that Mar. 14
-15.
Next up for the Panthers is a week of travel as they will visit Embry-Riddle University on Mar. 18 in a weekday game, visit St. Leo University for a weekend series on Mar. 21
-22, and round the trip with a visit to Flagler College on Mar. 25.
Taking the team into April, they will host six conference home games, three against Rollins College Mar. 28

and three games against Embry Riddle University Apr. 4

Then, finish the last month of play, the Panthers will play all conference games traveling to Eckerd Apr. 11
-12, host Tampa University Apr. 18

The NCAA South Regional is scheduled to begin on May 15. The South Super Regional is slated for May 22, and the Championship Series will be held from May 30
-June 7 in Cary, NC. Times are to be determined, and locations will be determined at a later date.
