Three Panthers Named to the CSC All-District Team

GREENWOOD, Ind. – Three members of the Florida Tech men's soccer team have been named to the 2025 College Sports Communications (CSC) Academic All-District Team, as announced by the organization on Tuesday afternoon.

The Panthers' honorees include Sjur Drechsler, Jacopo De Collibus, and Alvaro Ivorra Ronda.

The 2025 Academic All-District® Men's Soccer Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined excellence on the field and in the classroom.

Academic All-District® honorees advance to the ballot for CSC Academic All-America® consideration. First-, second-, and third-team Academic All-America® selections will be revealed in early December.

A graduate student, Drechsler maintained a perfect 4.0 GPA while pursuing a master's degree in business administration. This marks the defender's second career Academic All-District selection.

The Stavanger, Norway native played and started all 19 matches, logging 1,725 minutes. The 2023 USC Player of the Year played 90+ minutes in 17 contests, including all 210 minutes of Florida Tech's SSC Tournament run. He anchored a defensive unit that recorded four shutouts, including a streak of 331 consecutive scoreless minutes, the program's longest since 2019. Drechsler also added an assist in the Panthers' 3–0 neutral-site win over Wingate.

Now in his second season with the Crimson and Gray, De Collibus continued to excel academically, carrying a 4.0 GPA and earning his first Academic All-District selection.

The Italian midfielder played in 19 matches, starting 12, totaling 1,144 minutes. He contributed one goal and two assists, both career highs, and played a key role in the Panthers' success throughout the 2025 campaign.

Ronda posted a 3.66 GPA in business administration over his two years at Florida Tech, raising his academic standing to earn his first Academic All-District honor.

On the pitch, the junior defender logged the third-most minutes on the team (1,573), starting all 19 matches. He played 90 or more minutes in 10 contests and added his first two career assists against No. 13 North Georgia and Eckerd. Ronda was also instrumental in helping secure four clean sheets during the 2025 season.
