Junior
Sophia Scichilone secured a spot on the All-SSC First Team, while junior
Gillian Craig and freshman Clare McGuire were recognized on the All-SSC Second Team.
Scichilone, the all-time Florida Tech leader in assists, grabbed All-SSC First Team honors after making the Second Team in 2024. The Lake Worth native had her best season yet as a Panther with career-highs in goals (39), assists (41), points (80), and shot-on-goal percentage (.818). She was also third in the conference in assists per game (2.17) and eighth in points per game (4.33). The last Panthers First Team selection was Kailee O'Brien in 2022. Scichilone is the first attacker on the First Team since 2018.
Gillian Craig earned her first All-Conference honor of her career, making the Second Team. The Merritt Island native scored a whopping 58 goals in 17 starts, which had her fifth in the conference. She also had five assists, 11 groundballs, and a shot on goal percentage of 0.760. Craig tallied 14 hat-tricks and three games with five goals.
McGuire had an immediate impact as a freshman midfielder and in the draw circle. The Odenton, Maryland native secured 98 draw controls while scoring 18 goals. The 98 draw controls were the second most in a season by a Panther and moved her into the Panthers' career leaderboard in eighth. She also recorded three assists, 23 groundballs, and 21 caused turnovers. McGuire's season was so stellar that the conference recognized her as the SSC Freshman of the Year. The program's second, joining Lauren Taylor, who did so in 2017.
