Greenwood, Ind. – College sports communicators have released the 2026 Academic All-District teams for the 2026 baseball season.
Adrian Dominguez and
Gabe Roque were selected for their hard work in the classroom and their outstanding seasons on the field. The 2026 Academic All-District® Baseball teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom.
Adrian Dominguez lands on the All-District team for the first time in his collegiate career. Adrian, who graduated this spring with a degree in business administration, held a 3.83 GPA this year and has a 3.54 cumulative GPA of 3.54. On the field, Dominguez played and started in every game this season. He led the Panthers in batting average (.339), hits (60), walks (25) and doubles (12). He finished his Panther career with the fourth-highest career OBP in program history with .448.
Gabe Roque has earned this honor for the first time in his collegiate career in his first eligible season. Gabe, a business major, held a 3.66 GPA in his first year at Florida Tech. On the field, Gabe appeared in 44 games, making 40 starts. He hit .325 and had a 425 OBP, recording 51 hits, 29 RBI, 28 runs, seven home runs, six doubles, one triple, and 25 walks. He will be returning to Florida Tech for his senior season, where he could be the first player since 2022 to earn CSC All-Academic in back-to-back years.
