ORLANDO, Fla. – The Sunshine State Conference has released its weekly awards with Florida Tech's
Iselin Brualokken tabbed the SSC Offensive Player of the Week as announced by league office on Tuesday, Sept. 29.
Iselin Brualokken, a freshman from Heggedal, Norway, had a five-point week including two goals and one assist. In the win against Lynn, Brualokken notched a career-high three-point game as she scored in the 73
rd minute and assisted on
Eboni Bradshaw's goal in the 19
th minute.
The freshman midfielder followed that up with a goal in the 15
th minute against Eckerd to give the Panthers the lead. Brualokken is currently tied for 10
th in the conference with three goals and is tied for fourth with four assists.
Brualokken is the fourth different Panther this season to a week an SSC weekly award, joining
Eboni Bradshaw,
Alice Mottershead and
Lotte Waibel. She joins Bradshaw and Waibel as the third Panther to be named SSC Offensive Player of the Week.
Brualokken and the rest of the Panthers are back in action tomorrow, Sept. 30 as Florida Tech takes on Embry-Riddle in the Karman Clash. Kickoff set for 7 p.m. at Rick Stottler Field.
