Fort Lauderdale, Fla. - Florida Tech men's swimming ended day one at the Shark Invitational.
The Panthers first win came in the 200 breaststroke race where
Jose Coiman-Acosta finished with a time of 2:07.37.
The 400 medley relay the Panthers took 6th place with a time of 3:33.24. The relay was swam by
Carlos Obregon,
Dain Rust,
Reston Bartlett and
Kerry Ollivierre.
Obregon later competed in the 200 back where he finished 7th with a time of 2:01.69.
In the 50 free, Bartlett recorded a time of 21.75 placing 9th for the Panthers.
In the 200 free relay, Bartlett,
Thomas Mchenry,
Joao Nascimento and Ollivierre finished 6th with a time of 1:27.75.

Tech will head to day two of the Shark Invitational tomorrow.
