Eddie Enders was inducted into the Florida Tech Sports Hall of Fame on Feb. 1, 2013, for his goal-scoring ability and playmaking. Enders helped the Panthers to three SSC Championships, three Regional Championships, and the 1991 NCAA Division II Men's Soccer Championship. He led the team to four straight NCAA Division II Regional appearances in all four seasons he played. Individually recorded the second most goals and points in program history with 74 goals and 208 points, which are also top-15 in the NCAA Division II history. Enders has also accumulated the program's third-most assists and sixth-most in the NCAA Division II with 60 assists. He is one of only 19 NCAA Division II players to finish his career with 40 goals and 40 assists. Enders played 86 games from 1990-93 and became a 2003 SSC Men's Soccer Silver Anniversary Team member.
In his senior season, Enders' outstanding performance was recognized with multiple accolades, including his third All-SSC, second NSCAA All-Region, and second FISCA All-State First Team honors. His excellent play was a critical factor in the Panthers' SSC Championship and Regional Championship appearances and the program's only undefeated team (19-0-1), further cementing his status as a Panthers legend.
His best statistical season came as a junior at Florida Tech. Enders led the country with 22 assists, the second most in program history and the 6th most in NCAA Division II history. He also recorded the 12th most points in an NCAA Division II season with 76 points and the 20th highest assist per game total with a 1.05 average. Enders finished second in the nation in goals (27) and points (76) in 1992 while taking his team to another SSC Championship and NCAA Regional. He earned All-SSC, FISCA All-State First Team, and NSCAA All-Region recognition. Enders also became the program's fifth All-American, garnering First Team honors.
In 1991, Enders led the Panthers to the SSC Championship game and the NCAA Division II Men's Soccer Championships, a year after earning his first All-SSC honors and 1990 Team Rookie of the Year. In 1990, Enders helped the Panthers to an NCAA Division II Regional appearance and then to a Regional Championship.
